Compliance with high standards in the field of labor law affects the lives of millions of workers.

However, in many countries there is the problem of working in long-term labor regimes, especially in the private sector. There is a big number of studies and researches on the negative impact of such problems on the life and health of people in Japan, the Republic of Korea, CIS countries and others.

Of course, it is not a secret that in Uzbekistan there is a problem of working time.

According to observations, overtime work can serve for the implementation of short-term plans, however, constant overwork has a detrimental effect on highly productive and significant work, as well as on achieving broader strategic goals.

In particular, this leads to:

• decrease in labor productivity of workers;

• improper planning of working hours;

• excessive use of energy resources;

• problems in the families of employees and the negative impact on social skills.

Taking into account the above problems and studying foreign experience, the Ministry of Justice has developed a robust program of measures to increase labor productivity.

As measures of this program, employees are given recommendations and clarifications on the correct planning of activities during the day, and the use of the latest time management models (time management) is being promoted.

The completion of employees after the end of working hours is required. As the most stringent measure, the practice of automatically disconnecting office computers from the mains based on the principle approach at the end of the working day has been adopted. In this case, the employee, of course, is urged to complete the work.

Moreover, employees are not allowed to go to work on Sunday. Compliance with this requirement is monitored. In case of employee do not adhere to this setting, and come to work on Sunday, he will not be allowed to pass into the building.

As a result of these measures, employees are urged to rationally use working hours and optimally plan the work process.

The labor productivity of employees who return home from work on time, have enough rest and gain positive energy increases.

Currently, the work with personnel in the ministry is organized on the basis of modern KPI’s (key performance indicator), the labor efficiency of each employee is evaluated individually. And it also has a positive effect on the workflow.

The goal is to move to a system of efficient, modern and error-free operation.
