What you have to do in case of losing a plastic card?

In case of loss or theft of a payment card, you should immediately contact your service bank.

The payment card is blocked by the bank in the following cases:
upon receipt of an application fr om the cardholder about its loss or theft;
if the PIN code is incorrectly set 3 times in a row;
upon receipt of a decision of the investigator, interrogator, bailiff or court to suspend operations on a bank account;
in other cases specified in the agreement on the use of bank cards.

The client can independently block the payment card via the following actions:
through a personal account on the bank’s website (in case of connecting to the Internet banking service);
through a modular application of a serving bank or payment service provider (Uzcard, PayMe, Click, etc.).

To remove the lock from the plastic card, you must contact the bank branch wh ere the plastic card is received with an ID.
