The Research Institute of Legal Policy under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan is established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically improve the activities of judicial authorities and institutions in the implementation of state legal policy" (# 5410) on the basis of the Center for Legal Studies at the Tashkent State University of Law on April 13, 2018. According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 11, 2018 "About measures on the organization of the activity of the Research institute of legal policy under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Research institute is a leading state research and scientific institution aiming at implementing a single state legal policy, strengthening of the rule of law and improving the activity of justice authorities.
The main objectives of the Research institute is to conduct scientific researches on significant issues of the legal policy of Uzbekistan, to increase scientifically the effectiveness of methodological support of the legislation, to qualitative organization of lawmaking activity, to formulate consistent and uniform law enforcement practice, to participate in the establishing the integrated system in raising the legal culture of the people.
The activity of the Research institute focuses on the following activities: to conduct scientific research and develop scientific concepts for legal advancement; to study and improve the activities of the judicial authorities; to analyze the law application practice in the judicial and legal sphere, to develop proposals for advancing the legislation; to identify legal problems causing inefficiency of public administration; to define main directions for the development of socio-economic legislation; to make proposals for improving the activities of the judicial system; to cooperate with leading foreign research institutes.
The Research institute consists of four departments: the department for study the legislation in the judicial and legal sphere, the department for study the regulation of legal relations in the social and economic sphere, the department for study the effectiveness of the state administration, the department for study and improvement of the activity of the justice authorities, and the general department.
Furthermore, the Research institute pays special attention to the international cooperation with foreign organizations engaged in the improvement of legislation, research and analytical work in various fields of law.
Currently, the Research institute conducts several important research projects. In particular, in accordance with paragraph 44 of the State Program on Implementation of the Strategy of Action in the five priority areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, the Research institute has drafted a new Code on Administrative Violations. Also, pursuant to clause 47 of the State Program on the Research institute is working over the modernization of civil laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Research institute has been an organizational center for the Tashkent Law Spring International Legal Forum, which took place on April 25-27, 2019, and it is also a responsible organization for the next Law forum in 2020.
Lawyer’s Training Center

From the first days of independence of Uzbekistan, at the initiative of the head of state, special attention is paid to further enhancing the role and place of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the system of training highly qualified legal personnel.
In particular, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Improving the Activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated January 8, 1992 № UP-314, the Ministry of Justice is entrusted with such important new tasks as the organization of training, retraining and attestation of employees of legal services of state and economic bodies.
In executing the abovementioned Decree, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution “On the issues of improving the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated November 12, 1992 under No. 523, in accordance with which the Institute for study of problems of legislation was created under the Ministry of Justice (later it was transformed into training courses for employees of justice and courts).
On the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated January 19, 1994, under No. 18 “On organizing the activities of justice bodies and courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the Institute for Professional development of personnel of Courts and Justice Bodies was establihsed on the basis of the Republican courses for professional development of justice workers.
On the basis of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 19 January 1994, No. 18 on the organization of the activities of the judicial bodies and courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Institute for the professional development of judicial and judicial personnel was established on the basis of the National refresher courses.
The Lawyers' Training Center under the Ministry of Justice is a kind of continuation of this institution, it was organized in accordance with the Decree of the President of the country dated June 25, 1997 under No. PP-1791 "On improving the work on legal education, raising the level of legal culture of the population, improving the system of training of legal personnel, studying public opinion".
The main purpose of the Center is to meet the needs of the authorities and law enforcement agencies for highly qualified personnel, radically improve on the basis of modern knowledge, professional training and retraining of legal personnel, as well as improve the quality and extent of scientific research in the field of jurisprudence.
The Center trains employees of justice bodies, courts, prosecutors, lawyers, public administration, as well as enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership.
At present, the Center is a state educational institution aimed at retraining and advanced training of employees of justice bodies, courts, lawyers, professors in the legal field, as well as employees of the legal services of state bodies and other organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal form.
The management of the Center consists of the director and his two deputies, professors, teachers and research staff who are assigned the titles established for employees of the justice bodies.
The Center has departments of Public Law Science, Civil Law Science, Criminal Law Science, International Law Science and Human Rights, Theory and Practice of Building a Democratic State in Uzbekistan, as well as educational and methodical, educational-information and computer departments, publishing and library. The Center has a Scientific Council for the coordination of scientific and methodological work.
The organization of the Center is aimed at bringing as much as possible to the practice of the retraining process, advanced training of lawyers who can contribute to the reform of the judicial and legal system in the republic, raise to a higher level the legal support of the activities of state and economic management bodies, local government bodies, state enterprises, institutions and organizations.
In accordance with the professional specialization of the Center's students, representatives of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, experienced practitioners of the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, High Economic Court, Ministry of Justice, Prosecutor General's Office are involved in the educational process.
In the educational process, along with the expansion of theoretical knowledge of students in order to further improve the practical vocational qualification activities in these organizations practical classes are also held.
In recent years, in order to further improve the system of training and advanced training of judges, it has become a tradition to organize meetings and conversations to exchange experience and knowledge with judges, major analysts and practitioners from Germany, France, the UK, the USA, Russia and other countries. Representatives of the Center also participate in a number of international and regional conferences and seminars on judicial and legal issues held in other countries.
Public Services Agency

The Public Services Agency was created in 2017.
The Agency is considered to be an authorized body of public administration engaged in the provision of public services to individuals and legal entities.
General administration and control over the activities of the Agency are carried out by the Ministry of Justice.
Coordination of the Agency is carried out by the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan.
The Agency is headed by a director appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The status of the director is equal to the Deputy Minister of Justice.
Main tasks of the Agency:
implementation of a single state policy in the provision of public services to individuals and legal entities;
improving the provision of public services by eliminating excessive administrative procedures;
formation of Unified Register of Public Services, coordination of the activities of government bodies and other organizations in this field;

Academic Lyceum under the Tashkent State University of Law

The Academic Lyceum of the Tashkent State Law University was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 24, 1998 “On the organization of academic lyceums and vocational colleges” under number 77 and with the decision of the hokim of Tashkent city of December 25, 1998 under No. 534. This educational institution, located at the address: Tashkent, Yunusabad district, Ts-5, d.88, according to the order of the Center for Secondary Special and Vocational Education of March 10, 2000, No. 39 was given the status of an academic lyceum. As a result of reforms in the field of education, in 2009, in accordance with the order of the Center for Secondary Special and Vocational Education of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on September 9, 2009, under the number 210, the academic lyceum was transferred to a new building that meets modern requirements at : Tashkent city, Sergeli district, massif 7, 39 A.
Teachers of the academic lyceum have established close cooperation with such reputable universities and research institutes of the country, as Tashkent State Law University, National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State Pedagogical University, Uzbek State University of World Languages, Uzbek State Institute of Physical Culture.
Currently 82 teachers in the academic lyceum teach 982 students.
Of the teachers of the academic lyceum 8 are candidates of science. Currently, also 2 teachers of the Lyceum are working on a doctoral thesis, 11 - on a PhD thesis.
In the academic lyceum for mastering students of deep knowledge and development of their learning activities in an educational institution there is an Information and Resource Center (IRC), which has a rich fund of educational literature and various socio-political literature. At the same time, the IRC has the opportunity to use electronic textbooks and various educational developments.
64 educational and laboratory-laboratory rooms available in the lyceum are assigned to the teachers of the department, equipped at the level of modern requirements.
The results of the great attention and care for youth, the work of selfless mentors are testified to by the successes achieved by students of the lyceum in their studies and social work. In 2007-2012, 28 students of the academic lyceum participated in subject olympiad, 5 became winners of the republican stages of history and law olympiad, and were accepted on a preferential basis at the TSUL. At the Tashkent city stage, 23 students won prizes.
In the academic lyceum much attention is paid to spiritual and educational work. The main goal and significance of the work carried out in this area is to educate minors and students in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, respect for national and national values, realize their intellectual potential, and shape the young generation of physically and mentally healthy individuals.
In the academic lyceum for spiritual education and other events there is a 250-seat assembly hall and a 40-seat hall for spiritual educational activities.
The successes achieved by teachers and students in various events of the district, city and republican scales are important for students of the academic lyceum.
At the same time, students of the academic lyceum took the honorable 1st place in the review contest “The System of International and National Human Rights Law” among the institutions of secondary specialized and vocational education of the city of Tashkent in the 2010-2011 academic year in cooperation with the National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Human Rights, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city administration of secondary special and vocational education.
On April 12, 2012, the academic lyceum hosted a conference on the theme “History and education”. In this forum, teachers of academic lyceum took part with 72 articles on various topics.
Pupils of the academic lyceum took part and took the top place at the city stage of the competition “Barkhayot Ananalar” (“Unfading traditions”), conducted by the secondary special education department of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, thereby receiving a ticket to the republican stage of the competition.
Academic Lyceum has a modern gym, summer football, volleyball and basketball courts. In order to develop physical education and sports, the formation of a healthy lifestyle among teachers and students of the Lyceum there are 12 sports clubs.
Students of the academic lyceum achieved great success in a number of sports. In particular, 4 students became world champions

Legal newspaper "Inson va Qonun"

Today, the possibilities of the press are so wide, not to mention newspapers, magazines, radio, and television, that electronic publications, the Internet, and even mobile communications have begun to claim the spread of information. However, they could not reduce the attractiveness, life position of print publications. Broad masses will still feel the need for these publications. Since the globalization process increases the interest of people in the press.
During the years of independence, the processes of renewal and awakening began not only in the life of society, but also in the minds of people. To date, the number of newspapers and magazines is about 980. These publications highlight important changes in the life of the country, people. Phased democratic processes in the country are also reflected in the pages of printed publications.
The newspaper “Inson va Qonun” is also one of the publications that emerged as a result of this vital need.
In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of April 12, 1992, under No. 523 “On the issues of improving the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the legal journal Hayot va Qonun (Life and Law) began to be published under the foundation of the Ministry on November 10, 1993 Since 1995, due to the need to speed up the exchange of information, the Inson va Qonun newspaper has also been published. In a short time, the newspaper turned into a popular publication serving to propagandize the essence and significance, goals, practical and theoretical, political and legal aspects of the Constitution, laws, normative acts of the country, as well as the formation of legal awareness and legal culture of the population.
In recent years, the content of the newspaper has completely changed. It was enriched with new names, new rubrics. The main theme of the newspaper was the tremendous work being done in the country towards the protection of human rights and the strengthening of civil society. These actions and efforts, in turn, served to increase the prestige and prestige of the newspaper among the masses, and increase the number of readers. A vivid example of this is the availability of a solid material and technical base for the editorial staff and the provision of all employees with modern information and communication technologies. The editors have achieved significant success over the past 5 years.
It should be noted that the circulation of the newspaper has increased dramatically. If in January 2007, the newspaper had a circulation of 7,500 copies, in 2008 - 12,988, for the same period in 2009 - 21,289, and in 2010 - 2,0019, in January 2011, 21,501 copies were printed. In 2012, the figures in this direction increased even more: in March, the circulation of the newspaper reached 24,870 copies. Currently about 25,000 copies are published.
In this regard, it should be noted that on the eve of the 20th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan correspondents prepared interviews with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of foreign countries in our country, which received high recognition in international circles. In particular, such interesting conversations with the opinions of diplomats were organized with the ambassadors of the United States, Great Britain, Malaysia, France, China, South Korea, Germany, Japan, India, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan.
It is especially gratifying that the newspaper has a wide place for analytical and critical materials devoted to strengthening the legal consciousness and legal culture in society.
It should be especially noted that large-scale work is also being carried out on the execution of the Memorandum of Cooperation on Legal Advocacy for the Improvement of Legal Consciousness and Legal Culture in the Society and the Enforcement of Law drawn up between the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court, the Ministry of the Interior. Also, dozens of articles on strengthening reproductive health, maternal and child health, and the prevention of child neglect have been published. Undoubtedly, all these articles serve to ensure the implementation of laws and regulations in this direction in the country.
In addition, in the light of the implementation of government decrees and presidential decrees on the legal protection of small business and private entrepreneurship, 13 topical analytical and critical articles were published in the first quarter of 2012, which served as a blow against illegal inspections conducted in business entities of individual regions.
The materials of our authors that the family is a sacred abode, the main unit of society, that we are all responsible for its preservation and strengthening, testifies to the high level of spirituality of our people. In order to fulfill the State Program “Year of the Family”, the newspaper organized analytical presentations by specialists. It also publishes materials that use life examples to tell about the negative effects of drug addiction and alcoholism on the atmosphere in the family, young families and the future generation, which undoubtedly serve as an impetus for increased vigilance and attentiveness.
It has become traditional for the Independence Day of the country and the holiday of Navruz to publish special issues of the newspaper “Inson va Qonun”. In particular, only in 2011 for the holiday of Navruz, a special issue of a newspaper on coated paper was published in 4 + 4 colors on 56 pages, on the 20th anniversary of Independence - on 104 pages. And in 2012, a 40-page special edition number was published for the Nowruz holiday. The newspaper will always remain the tribune of legal propaganda, which has established strong ties with the broad masses.
The newspaper “Inson va Qonun” carries out certain work in the matter of raising the legal culture of the people, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. In addition, the newspaper regularly publishes numerous articles on current topics in the field of ecology, economics, and parliamentary life. The speeches of specialists on draft laws and adopted laws are periodically organized.
The team has big plans for the future, which consist in further enhancing the legal culture of the people, strengthening independence, contributing to such noble work as building a state with a great future.

Tashkent Law College

Tashkent Law College is a leading educational institution in the system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which prepares junior legal experts for state bodies, institutions, organizations and enterprises, public organizations and economic entities.
The history of the college, the stages of its organization and development are associated with the name of the then Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan (1970–1984), Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Uzbekistan Mamlakat Soirovna Vosikova.
The college on July 1, 1977, on the basis of Order No. 560 of the Government of Uzbekistan, was established as a legal technical college and on September 8, 1977, in order to provide the national economy with specialists with a secondary specialized legal education, as an educational institution providing secondary specialized legal education.
The Law College in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 14, 1992 under No. 130 “On measures for reorganization of legal education”, was transformed into Tashkent College of Law and in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 27, 2003 under No. 370 “On measures for further improvement activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan ”- is included in the system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Along with training junior specialists for state bodies, organizations, enterprises, institutions, public organizations, and private enterprises, the college teaches young students about general education subjects, which enables them to study in higher educational institutions in the future.
Every year thousands of young men and women graduate from the college and get a ticket to adulthood.
The college prepares junior legal experts in such areas as “Economic Lawyer”, “Administrative Law”, “Jurisprudence” and “Executive Case in the Courts”.
One of the important tasks of an educational institution is to actively participate in the spiritual education of students on the basis of moral national values, and to increase the legal knowledge and culture of the population.

Every year, college students, together with the staff of the center, participate in all stages of the “Best Book Lover” review competition and win prizes. At present, students of the Tashkent Law College, along with education on the basis of the Law on Education and the National Program for Personnel Training, actively and successfully participate in contests and competitions of republican and international scale in such areas as culture, art, science and sport.
In particular, in 2010, in the republican stage of the “Young Lawyers” review contest, college students took the honorable first place. In 2011, at the Republican review contest “Young Lawyers” held in Samarkand, the “Kuch Adolatda” team of the college won the grand prix.

Publishing House "Huquq Va Burch"

Social and legal journal "HUQUQ va BURCH" ("RIGHT AND RESPONSIBILITY")
Extremely important condition for deepening the reforms being implemented in the country on the way to building a legal democratic state, forming an open civil society, as the President of the country notes, is to increase the socio-political activity of the population, ensuring the active participation of citizens in government and society.
In the implementation of these tasks, an important role is played by legal periodicals, contributing to the improvement of legal literacy, the political culture of the population, creating opportunities for citizens to have greater access to various legal information, as well as solving actual problems of improving the state-legal and judicial system.
In order to improve the state-legal and judicial system, legislation and law enforcement practice, to strengthen the role of legal journals in solving actual problems of increasing legal literacy of citizens, the head of state adopted a resolution “On measures for the further development of the legal journal system in the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated October 18, 2005 under number 203. According to this historical document, under the foundation of the Ministry of Justice, the General Prosecutor's Office, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, the High Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the social and legal journal HUQUQ va BURCH was established.
As a result of the practical work started to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned decree, in March 2006 the first issue of the HUQUQ va BURCH social and legal journal was published and since then this publication has covered political and legal issues of state and public construction in the republic, legislative activities.
Currently, the magazine is published once a month, in A4 format, on 64 pages. The editorial board is headed by the editor-in-chief appointed by the founders. Now there are departments of socio-political propaganda and legislation; activities of judicial bodies; letters and public relations; subscriptions; production and expeditions; marketing and business affairs.
The journal is intended for employees of justice, prosecutor's offices and courts, scientists, specialists, teachers, students and students of higher and secondary specialized legal educational institutions, students of schools, lyceums, colleges, as well as a wide range of readers interested in the field of jurisprudence.
The editors take appropriate measures to continuously improve the political, legal knowledge, spirituality and professional potential of journalists and other employees, educating them with highly qualified personnel, deeply aware of the essence and objectives of political, social and economic reforms implemented in the country, democratization and liberalization processes of the state and law, judicial and legal system, integrated and systematic work with journalistic personnel, involvement of talented young people in the activities of the journal and experienced professionals with high level of professionalism in the field of legal journalism.
Of course, the stages of the arrangement of organizational work, the formation in the editorial office require a certain time. If before the magazine was published every two months in the form of a joint issue, then since 2010 it has been published monthly and delivered to the readers in a timely manner. If the first issues of the journal were on average published in a circulation of 2,200 copies, by now the circulation of the journal is more than 13,000 copies. In order to achieve the publication of a magazine with a circulation of 15,000 copies, as defined in the decree of the head of state dated October 18, 2005 under No. 203, the necessary editorial staff and founders take the necessary measures.
It should be particularly noted that since 2010 a lot of work has been done to update the layout of the magazine, reorganize the website of the journal, and integrate it into the global global information system. In particular, a new image of the magazine has been created. The use of fonts in it, the submission of photographs, brief information, headlines raised to the level of modern printing requirements. As a result, the magazine has become even more readable, has gained a more attractive appearance. When updating the design, the capabilities of advanced information technologies were effectively used.

Story. The Adolat publishing house under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 8, 1992 and is the only official publishing house providing increased legal literacy and providing legislative documents to the population of our republic.
Purpose. Our main goal is to increase legal literacy of the population and meet the demand for legislative documents, in particular, the codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the years of independence, considerable work was carried out in the country to provide the population with legal literature. For this purpose, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 8, 1992, No. UP-314 “On the improvement of the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the specialized publishing house "Adolat" was created under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The publishing house shows initiative in prompt publication and bringing to the public the legal literature: the Constitution, laws, codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as legal acts covering significant areas of our society.
During this period, Adolat publishing house issued and distributed laws, codes, normative legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, scientific, popular science literature, textbooks, teaching aids and other legal literature of about 600 titles, with a total circulation of 8,000,000 copies.
In particular, it is noteworthy that, at the initiative of the leadership of the republic, the book «Ўзбекистон юридик энциклопедияси» ( "Legal Encyclopedia of Uzbekistan") was created, all codes were issued with the latest changes and additions, as well as normative legal acts by fields in the form of collections — official periodicals of Uzbekistan are published «Ўзбекистон Республикаси қонун ҳужжатлари тўплами» ("Collection of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan») and «Ўзбекистон Республикаси халқаро шартномалари тўплами» ("Collection of international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan»), which are timely delivered to state administration bodies and local municipalities, enterprises, organizations and institutions.

Tashkent State University of Law was founded by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures for further improvement of the system of training of legal personnel" dated June 28, 2013 № PP–1990.
The University is a state basic higher educational and scientific-methodical institution for training, retraining of legal personnel on the specialty of "jurisprudence".
There are 15 departments at the University with 224 teachers working, more than 70 of them have international IELTS certificates and an average age of teachers is 37 years.
The University has a Center for professional training of legal personnel in accordance with international standards; particularly it provides for short-term professional training courses for legal personnel in accordance with international standards and advanced training courses in the legal profession for persons with higher education (6 months).
Learning process. The system of education at the University is based on a modular system of training with the introduction of the system of transfer and accumulation of credits to determine the volume of the workload of students. To date, 2856 students (2694 bachelors, 162 masters), in particular 20 foreign nationals are studying. Bachelor's degree lasts 4 years and Master's degree – 1 year.
Specialty in the Bachelor’s degree –Public Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, International Law and Business Law.
Specialty in the Master's degree – Law of Public Administration, Labor Law, Theory and Practice of Criminal Law, Law and Business, Law and Information Technology, Financial and Legal Monitoring.
The University independently develops and approves qualification requirements for bachelor's and master's degrees, curricula and study programms.
Information and communication technologies are widely implemented in the process of activity of the University, in particular, the electronic system of control and assessment of students ' knowledge (Student Record System) is used.
To provide free legal advice to the population and in order to develop professional skills of students a Legal clinic has established. In 2018, more than 500 legal advice and practical assistance were provided.
The University coordinates the educational and methodological process in 14 law colleges of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, providing them with practical and information resource assistance.
Scientific activity. In 2015-2018, more than 200 scientific and practical events were held, more than 100 monographs, brochures and collections of conference materials were published, as well as more than 500 scientific articles (more than 100 of them in foreign countries).
The University has a Scientific Council for the assignment of scientific degrees. The duration of training in doctoral studies and an independent researcher is 3 years, 115 researchers are trained there.
The scientific potential of the University is 32%. There are 16 professors, 19 doctors of science (DSc), 25 associate professors and 55 candidates of science (PhD).
Research project. In 2016-2019, 15 fundamental, 16 practical and 1 innovative research was conducted.
Also, the University took part in the project "the Form of expanding opportunities for legal education through the platform "Electronic University" and won a grant of 140 thousand us dollars in the grant competition of the Fund for academic research, organized by the Ministry of higher and secondary special education together with the world Bank.
International cooperation. The University cooperates with 18 foreign higher education and research institutions, as well as 3 international and foreign organizations. Among them, the Representation of the Fund Konrad Adenauer in the Republic of Uzbekistan, a branch of the INGO "Regional dialogue" in Uzbekistan, and the Russian Autonomous non-commercial organization "International Training and Methodology Centre for Financial Monitoring". In 2013-2018 143 teachers have participated in events held in foreign countries, and there were held 493 seminars, presentations involving foreign experts.Students of the University take part in international competitions named after F. Jessup (Jessup Moot Court Competition) and Willem C. Vis Moot (Willem C. Vis Moot).
Foreign experts (Paula Zhang, Anna Guardino, Joan Evida Blum, Howard Daniel Hassenfeld (USA)) give classes at the University on a regular basis. Also, internships of foreign specialists are conducted.
Short-term courses of professional training of legal personnel on international standards with the involvement of 12 highly qualified lawyers and practitioners of world-famous law firms (such as (“White and Case”, “Foley Hoag”, “Dentons” and “Merritz”).
In cooperation with Street Law Inc. and “White & Case” (USA) University realizes “Street Law” project.
