The board meeting of the Ministry of Justice took place on the 21^st of october 2009 year. Minister of justice, R.Mukhitdinov leaded the present meeting. Actually, the action included some tasks, as summation activities of Justice bodies for 9 months of 2009 year and selected tasks on success ending of present year.

        In accounting period in the practice of lawmaking sphere had been conducted legal expertise drafts of 783 legal acts and other normative – legal documents.

        At the same time, 218 normative – departmental documents had been carried out its state registry. It was noted, that the members of Ministry of Justice had participated in the process of acceptance more than 60 normative – legal documents in the context of Antirecessionary program of Uzbekistan.

        Actually, to guarantee human rights and freedom is one of the main tasks of justice bodies. From this point, in accounting period on protection human rights and freedom were considered more than 21 thousand 500 treatments and about 71 per cent of them were redress.

        Besides, about 35 thousand legal propaganda actions on increasing legal culture and legal propaganda in society had been carried out by justice bodies. Thereupon some regions were subject to criticism because they are not using with having possibilities on properly level.

        On the other hand, on further strengthening legal propaganda works with effective using possibilities of central and local TV, radio, print editions and other mass media had been given indications and recommendations. And, also, concrete tasks had been selected on expansion the quantity materials in the context of guaranteeing execution of Government program «Year of Development and Improvement of Countryside».

        How it was noted on the meeting, in accounting period 196 legal entities registered by Government and they again organized by justice bodies.

        In fact, justice bodies takes measures on guaranteeing rigorous execution of legislative acts which is directed to support and stimulation enterprises, which consists the base of economic development of the country, and as well as, on restoration disturbed rights of entrepreneurs and protect them from all illegal actions. It was noted on necessity making extra measures to undelayable consideration and deciding the quittances which are incoming to «Helpline numbers».

        Alongside with this, it was spoken about regulating contractual relationships which realizing by territorial departments of Ministry of Justice. In particular, in accounting period, members of justice bodies had participated on drawing up more than 584 thousand contracts between producers of farm production, preparing and serving organizations.

        Furthermore, it was noted, that more than 1 million 420 thousand or about 84 per cent executive documents had been carried out execution from production of Department for serving court decisions, material – technical and financial ensuring of the activities of courts.

        During the discussion special emphasis turned to questions of developing initiatives of heads of territorial justice departments, on further increasing of effectiveness work on strengthening reproduction healthy and increasing medical culture of population and reforming institute of lawyers and widening propaganda works in coming elections.

        On the other hand, it was listened the report of work group which created in the Ministry of Justice, selected to guarantee the discipline execution, and planned next tasks on further strengthens in the system of discipline execution.

        In the course of board meeting had been given corresponding indications and commissions on realization tasks which selected on Government Program «Year of Development and Improvement of Countryside», to protect entrepreneurs rights, adopting decided measures on non-admission illegal check-ups and interference in their activity, guaranteeing rigorous execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies, further strengthening measures on selection, arrangement of personnel, carrying out legal expertise drafts decisions of local bodies of governmental authority, classification and calculation legislative acts, coordination notorious activities, registry office bodies, guaranteeing citizen requests consideration.

        On discussed questions had been adopted corresponding decisions.
